These can be found in our booking conditions at the bottom of our home page. The £100 deposit is non-refundable, but the balance depends on how long before your travel date that you cancelled.
In Marrakech, we use Hotel El Andalous, Ayoub, Gomassine and in Casablanca, we use Hotel Diwan. Hotels are subject to change.
We mainly use 3* hotels, some 4*and an authentic Berber Camp in the Sahara Desert.
The local currency is Moroccan Dirham, but you cannot buy this currency before you enter Morocco. You can use local cash machines or an Exchange Bureau. There is an ATM at Hotel El Andalous also.

No. We operate rooms on a share basis, so if you are happy to share a twin room with someone of the same sex, then you do not have to pay extra. You can opt to pay a single supplement if you prefer.
We require a minimum of 2 passengers to run a tour. If for any reason, there are cancellations leaving only 1 person travelling (which is a very rare occurrence), we would let them know and give them the option to stay on tour or join another one departing at the same time.
Visas, Passports & Travel Insurance
Visas are generally not required for British, Australian, New Zealand, US, Canadian and other EU Nationals for a stay of up to 3 months. All other nationalities should contact the relevant embassy for details.
Yes, once your balance is paid in full, please contact us to get this issued.
Yes, this is mandatory to join one of our tours. Please ensure insurance covers repatriation should you need to fly home due to illness.

No. It can get cold in the winter months. We provide a blanket but we suggest you bring extra layers including a fleece, hat.
Yes, a soft material, small to medium suitcase is fine and should not exceed 20kg per person.

Yes, our guide and driver will take you to the nearest pharmacy or doctors and help you as best they can to get you on the road to recovery.
Our guide will ask you to fill out a form but if you know in advance, please advise before you travel.
Not usually no. Please buy bottled water or bring a plastic bottle than can filter the water. We are partnered with Water To Go and our customers receive a 25% discount on any water to go product which are BPA free bottles with a built in 3-in-1 filtration system.
Morocco is predominantly a Muslim country, so we ask all our customers to respect and adhere to (when appropriate) the dress code of the Islamic faith. Once on the road, you can wear shorts and a vest but always be aware of your surroundings and carry something to cover shoulders or knees.
It is a great experience to watch the sunset & sunrise but if you cannot ride the camel, that is not a problem. You can stay back at the Auberge or take a walk.

Yes, our tours will still run, however, the Hassan Mosque tour in Casablanca does not run in the afternoons so could be missed on some tours. Shops open later in the morning and everything closes during the sunset meal.
The restaurants will do their best to try and accommodate your dietary requirements so please let us know ahead of time. Please bear in mind, that bread and cous-cous is a main staple of Morocco. We recommend taking your own snacks throughout the tour and can stop at a local supermarket if required.
There is a shopping mall which is a 5-minute walk from Hotel El Andalous, and the Medina is approx. 20 minutes on foot.
